Visiting the office

If you are visiting our office, please register using the form and enter the name of the person you are visiting.

Visiting the production areas

Please register and read the hygiene rules before entering the production areas. These rules also apply to service technicians and contractors.

• A protective coat, head covering and beard cover (if needed) must be worn when visiting the production areas.
• Visitors must never be alone in the production areas.
• Visitors must not enter the production areas if they have a contagious illness, such as stomach flu, or if their health has changed after travelling abroad.
• Visitors must not disturb staff or ongoing work activities.
• Visitors must not come too close to machines, as there are safety barriers that stop the equipment.
• Wash your hands before entering the production areas.
• Jewellery such as earrings, watches, necklaces and non-smooth rings must not be worn in the production areas.
• Smoking, using snuff, chewing gum, or consuming food, drinks or medicine is prohibited in the production areas.
• Bringing nuts or products containing nuts into the production areas is prohibited.
• Taking photos or videos in the production areas is prohibited without permission.

Service technicians and contractors

Please register, describe the purpose of your visit and read both the hygiene rules above and the following safety instructions.

• Approval from the production manager is required before you may work independently in the production areas.
• Maintenance must always be carried out during safe shutdowns. Before starting work, the service technician must disconnect the power supply at the machine’s isolating switch and/or main power switch. If the main power switch must be disconnected, it must be secured with a service lock.
• Planned power outages must always be coordinated with the production manager.
